International Yoga Day (21 June, 2024) was observed at North campus University of Kashmir at the Central Auditorium by NSS wing of North Campus. NSS Volunteers, Students and faculty from all the departments of the campus actively participated in the key yoga exercises demonstrated by Dr. Sheikh Ghulam Mohammad - Director North Campus University of Kashmir. In his special address, Director impressed upon the students to make exercises a regular part of their living. He emphasized upon the ;'sound mind in a sound body' mantra to enable students to be physically active as well as perform well in the studies.
